Skilfulness is a natural product of many years of tradition and experience: just imagine yourself transporting a fragile cargo loaded on regular wagon across Europe on unpaved roads only to realize - after having made hundreds of kilometres - that the customers do not actually want your goods because they are not special at all....
The tradition is still alive: for many of our foremen it would be difficult to count generations of their ancestors who were engaged in the same craft before. And this is a pledge for them.
