Our vast expertise and experience enable us to approach the uniqueness and beauty of Czech crystal glass in a creative fashion. Over generations, we have been handing over the art of the hand shaping and blowing of glass. We can emphasize the hardness and clarity of crystal by cutting. Every precisely cut edge underlines lustre and brilliance. The refraction of light has been more to us than a mere phenomenon for a long time. It has been our plan.

May it be lead or leadless crystal glass, Preciosa is a symbol of the genuine art of glass shaping, cutting and polishing. Traditions combined with up-to-date technologies allow our designers to exploit their imagination without restraints.

We know hundreds of glass decoration methods, and the list is far from being complete: Recently, we have enlarged our assortment with shaped flat glass decorated with a so-called frit (sintered glass cullets of varied colours and coarseness). Bending and shaping according to glass-blowing moulds or the sintering of layers turns every piece into an original.

Naturally, the products manufactured in the 21st century are finished with a safety coating on the inside that prevents breaking into pieces in case of damage.
