Preciosa has completed the take-over of a part of Jablonex Group Company business activities.
A new company has been formed – Preciosa Ornela (a Joint Stock Company).
This independent company has taken over all the production, sales and marketing activities for the portfolio of Seed Beads and sales and marketing activities related to Glass Beads – and has become the part of the Preciosa Group.
The Head-Quarters of Preciosa Ornela is in Zasada, where its marketing and sales departments are, as well. The production sites in Desna are a part of the new entity (Preciosa Ornela).

Preciosa Top Managers are certain of further successful development of the traditional production of glass beads and seed beads assortment of the Jablonec Region. They also believe firmly that Preciosa Ornela will strengthen the long term business relations and will confirm the co-operation with customers of Jablonex Group and will make it booming even further.
