Preciosa has been cooperating with the Czech figure skater Michal Brezina for a long time. Michal managed to win the bronze medal at the European Championship in Zagreb!

A few months ago, Preciosa commenced its partnership with LUX on the LUX White collection campaign. The first launch of the new collection started in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore on the 1st October 2012 with the unveiling of an iconic 10 foot LUX bottle decorated by hundreds of thousands of Preciosa stones on the 6th December. This spectacular event was held in one of Jakarta’s most exclusive hotels, the Kempinski.

Preciosa has been sponsoring the successful Czech figure skater Michal Brezina for a long time. Our company has recently signed an agreement with another talented figure skaters. This time with a pair Lucie Mysliveckova and Neil Brown who start a second year of competing together in a category of pairs. This Czech-French pair danced brilliantly at the last International Czech Championships in Tesin, Poland, where they won and gained their first Czech Republic title. Congratulations!

Famous Brazilian actress and model Juliana Alves de Oliveira made a video and series of exclusive photos with different types of Preciosa crystal stones.

Preciosa crystal stones were used for decoration of a giant gold-plated „Egg with Alphabet”, which the Bulgarian president Rosen Plevneliev donated to the Pope Benedict XVI. at the occasion of the Saints Cyril and Methodius Day in May 2012.

Tampa, Florida, June 19-23, 2012

Once again this year in June, the U.S. city of Tampa, Florida hosted the Millennium Dance Sport competition. This year’s theme honoured the Chinese Year of the Dragon.

The colour trend collection for the Spring/Summer Season 2013 is called Unity & Co and it shows the endless possibilities of components by Preciosa usage once again.

Preciosa presented itself at the biggest fashion jewellery fair in the Asia - Pacific area, the Asia Fashion Jewellery & Accessories Fair in Hong Kong from the 21st till the 24th of June 2012.

Emerald Ball, Los Angeles, 3rd - 6th May 2012

The exciting ballroom dance competition among incredible dancers in the pro/am, amateur and professional divisions was held in Los Angeles in early May.

Jennifer F. M. Murray, a student of a prestigious English fashion school, the London College of Fashion, asked our company to provide crystal components for her to use in the completion of her graduate collection.

The ambassadors of Preciosa, Martin Dvořák and Zuzana Šilhánová gained in February their eighth title of Champions of the Czech Republic in Ballroom dancing. Martin a Zuzana co-operate with Preciosa long-term and brilliantly represent Preciosa around the world.

Famous American dancing competition was held in Columbus, Ohio, USA in the middle od November.

In June we have visited for the U.S. dance competition Millenium Dancesport Championships for the first time. The competition took place on June 21 – 26, 2011, in Tampa, FL.

A TV reality show Dancing Stars has celebrated big success not only in the country of its origin, Great Britain (Strictly Come Dancing), but also in 32 other countries. The dancing couple is always formed by a professional dancer and a celebrity. This show has had great success in Austria too, and therefore it entered into its 6th season on the 11th of March every Friday on ORF eins.

The Czech Republic Championship in Ballroom Dancing took place in Hradec Králové on the 22nd of January. The dancing couple Martin Dvořák and Zuzana Šilhánová won in the adult category again as they did several times before.

Preciosa entered into a contract to co-operate with an up-and-coming Czech figure skater Michal Březina.
