On June 12th, 2014, the latest crystal masterpiece of Czech design and glass icon René Roubíček (b.1922) was revealed for the first time. As part of the event In Honour of René Roubíček, this latest of René’s “glass children”, named EXPO², was introduced to both media and members of the professional art glass community. The object was officially unveiled at the PRECIOSA Lighting glassworks in Kamenický Šenov, the birthplace of this unique piece. more
