Set between Marina Bay and the open sea, the three towers that dominate the Marina Bay skyline form the 2,560-room Marina Bay Sands Hotel. It is capped with the world’s first 340m-long Sky Park. At ground level, the three hotel towers are linked by a 30-story public atrium. Within this atrium are various restaurants, a business centre, the lobby lounge, the lobby bar, shops, the hotel reception, the VIP check-in and the lift lobby. Within this vibrant hotel/casino complex, we supplied all the custom decorative lighting in the hotel’s atrium. The fittings were all designed in conjunction with interior designers from CL3 ARCHITECTS LTD.

Lift Lobby
Decorating each of the lift lobbies are 2.91m-tall patterned glass lanterns. These lanternsare a creative modern interpretation of the traditional Chinese lantern. Each lantern is composed of multiple layers of patterned glass illuminated with HALOPIN G9 luminaries. The warm amber colour of the glass accents the warm red cedar finish of the lift lobby’s walls.

Jin Shan – Chinese Cuisine Restaurant
The Asian food restaurant is shaped by three private dining rooms, three dining lanterns, and an open dining area that extends to an outdoor dining area. The dining lanterns were designed with floating petals of glass symbolizing Chinese poetry. The private dining rooms feature a stunning cluster of blown glass butterflies that are infinitely reflected in the mirrored Chinese clouds that adorn the walls of each room.
